Shown is the structure of the Ena-VASP homology domain bound to the target peptide EFPPPPT. This protein interaction module is involved in transducing signals to initiate cytoskeletal reorganization; see pages 661–665. Additional reports, beginning on pages 656 and 666, highlight structural work on two other proteins that also bind prolinerich ligands – the GYF adaptor domain of the CD2 cell surface receptor and human platelet profilin, respectively.
