ScienceSeeker Award Finalist!

Recently, Green Science’s post on deforestation was nominated for a “Best Post by a High School Student or Undergraduate Blogger” ScienceSeeker award. ScienceSeeker is a news aggregator project created by ScienceOnline, which collects and filters science blogs, writings, and other sources from all over the world. This year, it created eleven awards for the best single posts in ten specific categories.

The post on deforestation became a finalist in its category, and although it did not win the award, I am very proud that the blog was recognized. I am grateful for everybody’s support of Green Science, so please stay tuned, because there are many great blog posts on the way!

Special thanks to ScienceSeekers and Scitable!

Fantastic! this is very well deserved, Samantha. What isn't shown here is how well you can also train your peers on blogging and communicating well. You are a gem!
