The paper by Chen et al (p 43, this issue) shows that knockdown of galectin-1 in pancreatic cancer-associated fibroblasts dramatically reduces cell migration and invasion capabilities. The cover shows cells transfected with control shRNA or galectin-1 shRNA and stained with anti-galectin1 (green), phalloidin (red), and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
