Template Activity of Nuclei from Stimulated Lymphocytes

Abstract

Nuclei isolated from human peripheral blood lymphocytes stimulated by phytohaemagglutinin have a greater capacity to prime for nucleotide incorporation into RNA in the presence of exogenous bacterial RNA polymerase than nuclei from unstimulated lymphocytes.
