Oligo delivery

Oligonucleotide delivery is a method by which oligonucleotides are delivered into cells, or targeted to specific cell types, tissues or organs. This tool might be used, for example, to silence the expression of a gene. Both liposomes and nanoparticles — particles of 1-100nm in size — have been used for oligonucleotide delivery.
