Melissa Medvedev is an Associate Professor of Neonatology at the University of California, San Francisco, with a background in global health, epidemiology, biostatistics, and health technology innovation. Her research focuses on the evaluation of maternal, neonatal, and early childhood interventions to promote survival and prevent disability. She has led or co-led over a dozen clinical trials and studies, consulted for and advised health tech companies (digital health, machine learning, devices) and global initiatives, and is an alumnus of the Stanford Biodesign Innovation Fellowship.
