Migration of Small Lymphocytes from the Skin to the Regional Lymph Nodes

Abstract

THE route of sensitization of lymphocytes to homografts has for long been a matter for speculation, and two schools of thought exist. It has been suggested that sensitization occurs either peripherally in the graft1 or, alternatively, centrally in the regional lymph node2,3.
