New Endocranial Values for the Australopithecines

Abstract

THROUGH the kindness of Professor Tobias, I recently spent five months in South Africa studying the endocranial remains of the australopithecines. I found substantial differences between my determinations of endocranial volumes and those previously published. Detailed descriptions of methods and morphological comparisons are in preparation.
