Abstract
THERE is an increasing tendency to use immimological tests when considering helminthic diseases to avoid the difficulty inherent in the finding of the worm or its ova. Though such a procedure is obviously of value both in epidemiology and in clinical investigations, it seems necessary to sound a word of caution in interpretation.
