Abstract
THROMBOKINASE, prepared from bovine plasma, has been obtained in a highly purified state by repeated electrophoretic fractionations1. However, a more efficient method was promised by anion-exchange chromatography, provided that the kinase could be separated from its accompanying impurities by stepwise elution in one day2.
