The DENTSPLY UK Repair Centre can help with issues on a multitude of products, including: Cavitron Scalers; X Smart, X Smart Dual, X Smart Plus and WaveOne endodontic motors; RayPex 5 and ProPex II apex locators; Calamus Dual and ThermalPrep 2 obturation equipment; the DuoMix II impression material extruder; the Promix amalgamator; and the Smartlite PS curing light.

Repairs performed at the DENTSPLY UK Repair Centre are returned with a 'Repair Record'. This details the name of the engineer, a unique repair number, the machine's serial number as well as the repair date and diagnosis. This document can be presented in a CQC inspection as evidence of equipment being 'properly maintained and repaired by people who are competent to do so', as stated in Outcome 11 of the Care Quality Commission guidance on safety, availability and suitability of equipment.
