London dental patients confused and wary

According to a nationally representative sample of 2,041 adults, dental patients in London are more confused about pricing and the options available to them than patients in any other region. The study, conducted by ICM Research in April 2012, also showed that Londoners are less trusting of their dentists.

Table 1 shows the proportion of patients that agree to statements about their dentists in London versus the rest of Great Britain.
