In the version of this article originally published, references for several existing methods that are compared in the benchmarking analysis were missing. A new Methods subsection, “Benchmarking existing methods,” has been added, listing the methods along with their citations. The references, now numbered as 38–42, have been added to the Methods reference list. The errors have been corrected in the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
