In the Materials and Methods section on page 2, left column, in the Generation of iDC paragraph, three of the differentiation factors inadvertently have the wrong concentrations. The proper concentrations are: SHH—50 ng/ml; Jagged—100 ng/ml; TGF-B—10 ng/ml. These minor corrections do not affect the findings or conclusions of the manuscript.
