Abstract
A NEW COMET (1907b).—A telegram from the Kiel Centraistelle announces the discovery of the second comet of the present year by Mr. Mellish, at Madison, on April 14. The magnitude of the object is given as 11.0, and its position at 10h. 20m. (Madison MT.) on the day of discovery was R.A.=6h. 40m., dec.=+8° 0′.
