In this collection, the editors compile timely review manuscripts on topics that remain controversial at the current time. Modern Pathology periodically solicits such manuscripts from thought leaders that may fall on various sides of the issue at hand. It is our hope that such platform will elicit a constructive discussion among authors and readers alike. We further hope that the collection will help fuel future studies to settle unresolved concepts and opinions.
