Justin Cruickshank is a senior lecturer in social theory in the Department of Social Policy, Sociology and Criminology at the University of Birmingham. His research interests lie in the philosophy of the social sciences, specifically, debates about social ontology and dialogic knowledge production, social theory specifically, debates about neoliberal political economy and the public sphere, and critical university studies.
Regina Maria da Cruz Queiroz is a Researcher in Ethics, Political Theory and Philosophy at the Institute at Philosophy (IFILNOVA), New University of Lisbon, and lecturer at Lusófona University, Lisbon. Dr. Queiroz’s research interests include the study of the justice and rationality of social and political institutions, articulating Rawlsian theories of fairness, Aristotelian theories of phronesis, and comparative analysis of liberalism and neoliberalism. Additional lines of research involve the investigation of gender and racial discrimination.
