Group diversity

Submission status
Open
Submission deadline

The editors at Nature Communications, Communications Psychology and Scientific Reports invite submissions to a Collection on the topic of group diversity. Submissions may cover a range of topics from the fields of psychology, meta-science, and neighboring disciplines, such as management science and education. Group diversity spans identity and demographic diversity, diversity of ability and health condition, as well as organizational, cultural, religious, and worldview diversity.

We invite submissions that examine the antecedents and outcomes of group diversity. This includes research looking at factors that contribute to group diversity; studies that focus on how group membership or interaction with diverse groups affects individuals; and studies investigating the relationships between more (or less) diverse groups.

The journals will consider Research Articles and Registered Reports on the topic. Nature Communications and Communications Psychology will also consider narrative reviews or opinion pieces, but ask you to please first reach out to the editors of these journals if you are interested in submitting such content. The scope and editorial policies of each journal will be taken into account when assessing suitability of submissions for publication.
