In Figure 3 in the original publication, the semi-transparent ribbons representing the 95% confidence intervals on the linear models were not visible, due to a technical problem with the file uploaded by the authors. This has now been corrected.
In addition, the supplementary appendix file was uploaded in a .tex format. This has now been replaced with a PDF version to ensure all readers are able to access the file.
