Since the publication of this article the authors noticed there were three errors,  in Figs. 1, 3, and 5 respectively. Incorrect images were used in Fig. 1b and 1c, the colon morphology image in the DSS group in Fig. 3d, and Fig. 5b the 1 mM MAMPs treatment in Fig. 5f. The corrected Figs. 1, 3, and 5 are provided below. The text of the Figure legends and the article remains unchanged. The authors apologize for the errors and confirm that these do not change the scientific conclusions of the article in any way.
