Infection control update: England

The expected standards in England are essential to progressing to best practice. While not all practices will be able to immediately adopt best practice recommendations, they will need to assess the improvements needed to undertake such a move and prepare a plan.

The HTM 01-05 guidance recommends compliance with essential quality requirements and describes the benchmarks for best practice.
