Abstract
A new nucleoside derivative, AJP117510 (1) was isolated from unidentified fungus AJ117510. The structure of 1 was elucidated by spectroscopic analyses. Nucleoside 1 inhibited the binding of integrin α2β1 to collagen in a dose dependent manner with an IC50 value of 5.9 µM.
