Anti-Nucleic Acid Specificities of Mouse Myeloma Immunoglobulins

Abstract

Three mouse myeloma immunoglobulins were shown to have antibody specificities for DNA. Two of these proteins bound denatured DNA and RNA in preference to double stranded DNA; the third was unable to distinguish them.
