Mechanism of Synthesis of Bacteriophage RNA

Abstract

Several steps in the in vitro synthesis of infectious bacteriophage RNA and the properties of some components of the system can now be described. The mechanism of this reaction seems to be considerably more complex than was proposed in earlier models.
