Abstract
OUR purpose was to investigate the possibility of the preparation of antihuman lymphocyte serum (AHLS) in a way which could be industrially applicable, utilizing as antigenic material for immunization unviable lymphoid cells taken from a cadaver and subsequently stored for 3 months in a frozen state. Undesired haemagglutinins were removed by a single absorption technique.
