Purification of C′3 Inactivator from Human Serum

Abstract

C′3 INACTIVATOR is said to inactivate the C′3 site of EAC′1423 both in immune haemolysis and in immune adherence. It was purified from the human serum of a single donor, arid was measured by a method described earlier1,2.
