Abstract
THIS communication reports a sensitive and rapid method for detecting cholinesterase (ChE) inhibitors, such as certain phosphate and carbamate insecticides and pharmaceutical alkaloids utilizing a direct assay on thin-layer chromatography plates coated with cellulose and developed in a reverse phase solvent system.
