Abstract
A RELATIONSHIP was established earlier between the dispersion ratio (a measure of the property of gradation of density of the solute in a frozen and thawed column of solution) and the specific gravity of the solute1. At the same time it was found that there was no correlation between the dispersion ratio and the molecular weight of the solute, and attention was directed to the significance of this.
