Abstract
IN recent reports1–3 it was shown that infra-red spectrophotometry could be applied to the measurement of the kinetics of enzymatic reactions. The purpose of this communication is to give data concerning the use of infra-red spectrophotometry to determine kinetics of a β-glucosidase reaction.
