Abstract
PREVIOUS investigations have shown that the application of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid or its salts or certain phenoxyacetic acid analogues greatly altered the number of virus lesions or the amount of virus present in tobacco ringspot (TRSV) inoculated plants1,2. This confirmed the findings of several other workers3,4.
