Separation of an Antibody Molecule by a Specific Reaction with an Antigen-coated Latex Particle

Abstract

A QUANTITATIVE demonstration of an antibody molecule in a known fraction of antiserum is the primary step to examine the development of antibody molecule in the heterologous population of serum proteins and to understand the molecular basis of antibody formation.
