Abstract
IN solutions of crude hæmoglobin obtained by Drabkin's technique, zone electrophoresis reveals, besides the hæmoglobin variants A1, A2 and A3, several soluble minor protein components. These components have been named by Derrien et al.1,2 X2, X1 and Y as they show different mobilities at pH 8.6.
