Abstract
THE technique of in vitro sensitization of living tissues has permitted us to study various factors affecting the process of anaphylactic sensitization. The influence of the time of incubation, concentration of antibody, temperature, pH and composition of the medium has been already reported1–4. In this communication we present the results concerning the dependence of the sensitization on the ionic strength of the incubating antibody solution.
