Abstract
ALTHOUGH a number of papers have been devoted to the electron microscopy of soaps deposited from aqueous solution1–4, none has reported a study at high resolution. It is the purpose of this communication to discuss some preliminary results of an investigation into the fine structure of sodium laurate using high-resolution electron microscopy and electron diffraction.
