Abstract
IT has been shown that reserpine causes a loss of catechol amines from cat1 and rabbit2 adrenal glands. In the experiments reported here a study has been made of the adrenaline and noradrenaline content of rat adrenal glands over a period of a month, reserpine being administered for the first 3 days. Thus information concerning the loss and replacement of amines was obtained.
