Antibody Production in a Completely in vitro System

Abstract

MANY workers have demonstrated production of antibody in vitro following an initial introduction of the antigen in vivo (see ref. 1 for recent references). The present discussion pertains only to systems in which the first introduction of antigen was in vitro.
