Longitudinal Distribution of Organic Components of Bone

Abstract

PREVIOUS workers1 have published, results on the variation of nitrogen, collagen and phenolic material along long bones. The variation has now been determined of nitrogen, hydroxyproline, tyrosine, hexose and glycogen.
