Abstract
PREVIOUS attempts to separate the proteolytic enzymes found in culture filtrates of Cl. histolyticum have been largely unsuccessful. Methods for preparing proteinase free of collagenolytic activity have been described1; but collagenase free of other proteolytic activity has never been obtained.
