Abstract
THE ordinary meeting of the Royal Meteorological Society on March 10 took the form of a discussion of weather problem in farming, three speakers presenting prepared papers. As these papers could not be circulated in advance, they had to be read in full, so that general discussion was restricted in time, and would have been even more so if one of the three had not self-sacrificing by confining himself to a few coments.
