Actions of Radiations on Living Cells

Abstract

THIS book is the most important and authoritative work now available dealing with the simplest and most indepantal actions of ionizing radiations on living cells. The scope is intentionally limited. In the preface the author states clearly that he “thought that a useful purpose would be served by giving a rather detailed discussion of the mechanism of those actions of radiation which are sufficiently well understood for such a treatment to be profitable at the present time”.
