Oxidation and Reduction in Chemistry

Abstract

THE conjunction in Nature of July 14 of the article by Dr. D. H. Hey entitled "The New Organic Chemistry" with the correspondence on olefinic-α-halogenation prompts me to offer some comments and an intimation of various relevant results recently obtained in my laboratory.
