Binns, director of education for the West Riding of Yorkshire), “Whither Technical Education?” (by Dr. T. J. Drakeley, principal of the Northern Polytechnic, London), and “Technical and Vocational Education in the U.S.A.” (by Mr. G. A. Robinson, principal of the South-East London Technical Institute).
