Abstract
AT the request of the Home Office, the Medical Research Council has undertaken to promote investigation into the question whether various volatile substances might injure the health of workers using them under industrial conditions. The Council has appointed the following special committee to assist and advise in this matter: Sir Joseph Barcroft (chairman), Mr. J. C. Bridge, Prof. A. J. Clark, Prof. A. G. Green, Prof. J. A. Gunn, Prof. E. H. Kettle, Dr. H. B. Morgan, Mr. J. Davidson Pratt, Mr. D. R. Wilson and Sir David Munro (secretary).
