Abstract
PAPERS continue, to appear showing the importance of polyploidy in flowering plants. A recent paper by Shimotomai — (J. Sci., Hiroshima Unw., Series 3, Botany, Vol. 2, Article, 1) summarises a considerable amount of work, on the wild Japanese species of Chrysanthemum and the cultivated forms.
