Abstract
REFRIGERATION AND FOOD SUPPLY TO pass from the prime mover to food, the prime necessity of life, may seem a very big step. Indeed, so far as our food supply is concerned, many may wonder what particularly notable achievements, apart from transport, are to be credited to the engineer.
