Abstract
To the above most interesting communication from M. Jelstrup I may add the following:
On Oct. 15 I had the aurora stations at Bygdö, Oslo, Oscarsborg, Tömte, and Kongsberg in action from about 18h Greenwich Civil Time to about 2h on the following morning, and photographs were taken all the time from single stations, and from two or three stations simultaneously. About 70 successful photograms for the determination of height were secured.
