Abstract
THE fourth annual report, that for the year ending December 31 last, was submitted to the trustees of the Carnegie United Kingdom Trust by the Executive Committee on February 26, and some of the matters dealt with in it are here summarised. The administration of the trust during the year was not art easy task. Restrictions of various kinds, arising out of the war have militated against smooth and rapid progress, but the record of work done is, both in quality and amount, satisfactory.
