Abstract
THE difference in the sensitivity of the two sexes has been discussed often and from various points of view, but still1, as it would seem, upon insufficient data. More observations being wanted, I submit the following, partly for such value as they have in themselves, partly to show an easy method of observation which others may pursue with advantage, and partly as a good illustration of the method of percentiles, or centiles.
