Abstract
CAMBRIDGE.—The subject for the Sedgwick Prize essay, 1883, is “The Classification of the Cambrian and Silurian Rocks.” The prize is open to all graduates of the University of Cambridge who have resided sixty days during the twelve months preceding October 1, 1882. The essays must be sent in to the Registrary on or before October 1, 1882.
