Abstract
SINCE I communicated to you an account of a fish which I caught in the Gulf weed during the homeward voyage of H.M.S. Charybdis, I have seen, in the February number of the American journal of Science and Arts, a description of a fish-nest which Prof. Agassiz obtained from the seaweed of the Sargasso Sea in December last.
